A cipher with superscripts with word elements are now solved by Paolo Rosson. A few hours after his email, I received a report of solution from George Lasry.
This is what I listed as "Venetian? Cipher with Superscript Digits (1528)". As it turned out, the writer was a Genoese with the pseudoonym "Hieronimo Ranzo", apparently different from "Hieronimo Ranzo" known in history. Only yesterday, I gave this one that remains intractable by AI!
