Printed Templates during the Reign of Charles II

Different ciphers are used with different correspondents, but main vocabulary of the cipher may be the same for all the channels. So, code making is facilitated if template sheets with necessary words/phrases are printed beforehand. With such templates, a new cipher can be prepared by just filling in code numbers.
I reported such printed templates from ca. 1690 in an article "Diplomatic Codes after the Glorious Revolution", but I noticed there are earlier instances from the Restoration period. So, I now added a section "Printed Templates during the Reign of Charles II" in the article. (I may need to consider renaming the article.)
